Senior Customer Service Executive
- Location: Mumbai International Airport
- Number of Vacancies: 343
- Salary: ₹28,605/- per month
- Qualifications: Graduate (10+2+3 pattern) with 5 years of experience in fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger check-in, or cargo handling. Proficiency in PC use and good command over spoken and written English and Hindi are required.
- Upper Age Limit: 33 years (Relaxation for OBC and SC/ST candidates as per government rules)

Customer Service Executive
- Location: Mumbai International Airport
- Number of Vacancies: 706
- Salary: ₹27,450/- per month
- Qualifications: Graduate from a recognized university (10+2+3 pattern). Preference given to candidates with Airline/GHA/Cargo experience or relevant diplomas/certifications (IATA-UFTAA, IATA-FIATA, IATA-DGR, IATA-CARGO). Proficiency in PC use and good command over spoken and written English and Hindi are required.
- Upper Age Limit: 28 years (Relaxation for OBC and SC/ST candidates as per government rules)
Job Responsibilities: Both roles involve passenger check-in, airline ticket reservation, boarding, and terminal functions, ensuring satisfaction for both passengers and airlines. The work pattern includes three shifts (including night shifts) with one weekly off on a rotation basis.
