- Photograph Submission for Safari Bookings
- Mandatory Photo Upload:
Travelers are now required to upload a clear photograph of each individual at the time of booking.
- Format and Size:
The photo must be in JPEG format with a maximum file size of 100 KB.
- Applies to New and Existing Bookings:
This requirement is applicable for both new and previously booked safaris.
- Online Guide and Vehicle Allocation System
- Compulsory Online Booking:
All safari bookings must now be made online. Travelers or travel agents can select and pay for a preferred guide or vehicle during the booking process.
- Automated Allocation:
If no guide or vehicle is selected by the traveler, the system will automatically assign one based on real-time availability.
- Priority for Zones 6 and 10
- Special Zones:
Guides and vehicles from Zone 6 and Zone 10 will be given priority in the booking system.
- Automatic Allocation:
If travelers fail to specify their preferences, the system will allocate guides and vehicles from these zones based on availability.
- Booking Deadlines
- Three Days Prior:
Travelers must complete their guide/vehicle selection at least three days before the safari.
- Booking Window Timings:
- For morning safaris: the booking window opens at 7:30 PM the day prior.
- For evening safaris: the booking window opens at 11:00 AM the previous day.
- Online Refund Process for Cancellations
- Online Submission Only:
Refund requests for cancellations must be submitted online through the official portal.
- Credit for Future Bookings:
Approved refunds will be credited to the traveler’s account balance, which can be used for future bookings.
- Monthly Summary for Transparency
- Monthly Report:
The online booking system will generate a monthly summary report of guide and vehicle allocations to ensure transparency in payment and resource management.
